What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?
We have 3 main different shipping methods: Unregistered airmail, Priority Registered airmail and expedited shipping.
Expedited shipping includes the shipping ways like DHL, UPS and Fedex etc, which normally takes 3-7 working days.
Currently, we take DHL as the default shipping way. If you want to use UPS/Fedex or the other methods, please make a note to us when you are doing the payment for your order. Or send an email to [email protected] Please note that the additional cost would be applied by using there methods.
Priority Registered airmail
- dhl-parcel (it is different from the expedited shipping - DHL) is a tracked service and takes around 10 business working days for parcels to be delivered.
- Netherlands post (it is a regular one and available for many countries.) is a tracked service and takes from 7 to 15 business working days for parcels to be delivered.
- NL post (it is dedicated for the pure power bank shipping) is a tracked service and takes from 7 to 15 business working days for parcels to be delivered.
The NL post could only be available for 17 European countires.

Free shipping, it would be used normally. If a customer wins a gift from us and he/she does't have an order on our website recently. Or our customers just want to save shipping cost. Then this method would be applied. Please note that this method is with the tracking info, but it takes a bit longer time for delivery.
It takes approx 10 to 20 business days for parcels to be delivered.
About customs tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. 5tobuy is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products or services. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. All return costs caused by failure to sign for packages / products will be the responsibility of the customer and not 5tobuy.
For orders with tracking, we will send out emails to notify our clients their tracking number. You can also view it via the order processing details in your accounts. Or you can use the Guest Tracking if you only have a guest account.
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the tracking number to be trackable because shipping vendors need time to process those packages.
